Imperial Jewels, referred herein as the “website”, makes its website available as a service for use by the public referred herein as “you”. Imperial Jewels provides the usage of its website to you with the understanding that you are obliged by law to comply with the terms and conditions stated hereafter in this user agreement, referred herein as the “agreement”. Imperial Jewels is an online jewelry company whose headquarters are in Harley Street, London in the United Kingdom. We sell and ship a wide variety of loose gems and gold gemstone jewelry products including earrings, rings, pendants and a multitude of other jewelry product categories in a variety of contemporary and vintage jewelry styles.

The Imperial Jewels website provides a rich source of education pertaining to its products with the aim of providing free education to its clients. Imperial Jewels also offers its members a frequent selection of opt-in/opt-out mails with special offers and discounts tailored to their needs.

Whilst Imperial Jewels headquarters are in the United Kingdom our gemstone procurement center, jewelry production workshops, QC, assay and shipping offices are based in the Kingdom of Thailand. All enquiries should be addressed to these offices listed in the ‘Contact Us’ section at the end of this agreement.

• Modifications to Imperial Jewels Service

Imperial Jewels maintains the rights to change, waive, or stop on a provisional or permanent standing any or all of its products or pages, when and for whatever reason it deems necessary with out any previous notification. Imperial Jewels will not be held accountable to you or any other personage for such changes.

• User Account Responsibility

As an Imperial Jewels client you can sign up and register your own individual account, this is mandatory if you wish to effectuate any purchase from the website. When you register for such an account, you are bound by the website’s terms to give truthful and up to date information for which you take complete responsibility. You, and the registered Imperial Jewels users, are accountable for preserving the secrecy of their own individual user identification and passwords, and are solely accountable for all actions that arise from their account. Imperial Jewels holds absolutely no liability or responsibility for account usage/misusage by you the client.

• Shipping Address Provisions

ImperialJewels.Com provides our services in good faith. Customers are expected to provide a complete address, including post codes and zip codes and a working telephone number. If complete addresses are not provided, Imperial Jewels.Com will contact you to obtain the complete detail. Should clients order items and not provide a complete address, ImperialJewels.Com will not be able to ship until a complete address is made available. In such circumstances where an order has not been shipped due to the non-provision of address, clients should understand that rather than cancel the order, they should provide a complete shipping detail.

• Privacy Policy

• Return & Refund Policy for Gemstones and Jewelry

For refunds to be granted on returned items, you the client must inform Imperial Jewels of the intention to return loose gemstones or jewelry within 7 days of receipt of purchase at your stated destination shipping address. Your declaration of intent should be sent to Imperial Jewels in email, fax or telephone form. From this point onwards, you will have 30 days in which to physically get those items you wish to return back to our offices in Thailand. If Imperial Jewels still hasn’t received your items after this period has elapsed, the website cannot in any way be held accountable, and your refund will be forfeit.

To successfully qualify for a refund the returned gemstone or jewelry products must be returned in their original condition within this 30 day period. Lots and/or parcels of gems must be returned in their entirety. If the returned items do not conform to these requirements, Imperial Jewels reserves the absolute right to reject said returned item(s).

The original insurance and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds for all transactions are issued in twice monthly cycles meaning some clients may have a brief wait for their refund, during this period returned items will be marketed to new clients. To see the returns policy Click Here.

• Submissions

The website invites its clients to freely comment on their shopping experiences with Imperial Jewels and welcomes any suggestion on how this experience could be improved. All comments, suggestions and information pertaining to this subject and submitted to Imperial Jewels by its clients is henceforth considered to be inclusive of a royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right and license for Imperial Jewels to publish, reproduce, transmit, distribute, create derivative works from and display worldwide without the aforementioned clients approval or consideration.
